Qbic hotel building was originally office blocks which have been converted to hotel accommodation
MY Construction Limited were the main contractor 5 Plus architects contract value £1.6 million
RHRC installed the IKO Roofing, Marley Equitone, Shackerely stone façade, Brise Soleil, Louvres and Powder coated flashings

This was a very challenging contract as it was all off fixed scaffolding and with the COVID pandemic increasing the difficulty considerably.
We have to say the results are fantastic and the building is a landmark in Deansgate and we are very proud of the results.
A very well done to the site and design team.
