Student accommodation
We have been awarded the contract to act a s Principle Contractor at the above Student Accommodation
This is an on going project for Yugo student accommodation in Birmingham
We are changing the existing bronze spandrel panels with new sandwich aluminium rockwool infill spandrels and fitting siderise firestops ,firecurb and rockwool to the cavity
The areas of rainscreen are being stripped and new firecub,rockwool and siderise firestopping are fixed with the existing rainscreen refitted into position
This all whilst the Students are in residence
We are on target of our 14 week programme and have built a really good relationship with Yugo the owners
WJE Façade consulatants and HCD Architects and are looking forward to working on more future projects with all the team.
